Quick help
Sign in (Apple/Google)

Make sure the correct Apple/Google account is selected on your device.

If Apple private relay email is used, you’ll see an address like xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com — that’s expected.
Notifications (practice reminders)

iOS: Settings → FretMapper → Notifications → Allow.

In-app: Profile → Notifications toggle.

If still silent, restart the app and try a different BPM or reminder time.
Reset onboarding/tutorial
Profile → (Dev/Settings) → Reset Onboarding (if available) or reinstall the app.

Progress not updating

Check you’re signed in (Profile).

Confirm network connectivity.
-
Try a force reload; if it persists, email us with your device model and a short screen recording.
Metronome sound low/absent

Check device volume and silent mode.
-
Headphones/BT speakers: reconnect audio, then reopen the metronome.
Language

App follows your device language (EN/FR). We’ll add a manual selector in Profile soon.
Delete your data or account
You can do this yourself in the app:

Delete Cloud Data: Profile → Settings → Clear Progress Data → confirm “DELETE”.

Delete Account: Profile → Delete Account → type DELETE → confirm.
This permanently removes your account and all associated cloud data (practice stats, preferences, account info). Local caches will be cleared on next app start.
